TrueFire is an online educational company that offers and produces courses for guitar players and musicians. Our team works with a variety of some of the world's most prestigious guitar players including Steve Vai, Dweezil Zappa, Robben Ford, and hundreds of others. Their existing app (only in desktop form) was in need of work to completely overhaul and extend their platform capabilities. After trying to outsource several times with undesired results, they turned to me to design this from the ground up. My role was to simplify a complex subject and give robust life to the overall visual experience. All design and direction completed by me, working alongside various other departments including marketing and development teams.
